• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide product knowledge
• Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately
• Responsibly hold store keys
• Open retail store and prepare for the day
• Close out cash registers / complete all closing duties
• Supervise employees opening and closing retail store
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are visually appealing

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Previous retail, customer service, and supervisor experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting minimum 15lbs
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Be availabe to complete bond before opening hours two days a week
• Attend weekly Managers Meeting
• Complete and pulish weekly store schedules every Sunday ensuring no overtime
• Complete weekly bond/ inventory
• Manage and approve weekly timecards (Tuesday night)
• Turn in all HR paperwork weekly
• Maintain required 48 hr work week including nights and weekends
• Greet customers, assess their needs, and help them find solutions. This includes providing information about products and services, comparing products, and recommending the best options
• Maintain inventory levels, analyze product demand, and communicate items that aren't selling well
• Set and achieve sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providinmg feedback to Retail Associates
• Supervise cleaning and restocking the store before opening, during the day, and after closing
• Arrive on time, complete tasks efficiently, and prioritize activities, especially during busy times.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excelent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Mentor/ train new employees
• Dress neatly and well groomed in accordance with the company uniform
• Dress apropriately as a Store Manager (company polo)
• Operate a point of sale terminal, make change correctly and complete credit card transactions.
• Issue refunds and access daily sales
• Calmly and professionally respond to angry guests
• Respond clearly to guests requests
• Operate and perform well in a loud environment
• Maintain a favorable working condition with fellow employees and managers: promotes a positive and cooperative work environment, which is conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency
• Complete employee performance reviews
• Coach and support new and existing retail associates
• Ensure all employees adhere to comapny policy and guidelines
